Cooking Heavenly...Heaven of Indian Gravies...!

Me and my husband are very fond of watching  Sitcom.
So there is a show in which the head of the house is very fond of eating. He talks about food all day and just keeps eating. In a webisode he mentioned our one of the wonderful Punjabi dish "Malai Kofta". This name was enough to get water in the mouth.We were able to feel the best smell of Kofta and this smell brought us towards the kitchen .And that episode prompted both of us to make this dish. It was afternoon.We were very hungry. In such a situation We wanted to make it as soon as possible. So we discovered a very fast and delicious method. And I'm sure the wonderful aroma of Kofta  that wafts throughout the kitchen and its hot, creamy, gooey, soft, mouth melting and rich taste will keep you mesmerized for a long time.
