Monsoon Croquette



When it is raining, we usually crave for a nice hot tea along with some yummy snacks. So folks! Time to satisfy your monsoon craving. Here is a Monsoon Special recipe made using corns, leftover rice and Colocasia leaves. So enjoy this simple yet amazingly tasty Croquette’s.

INGRIDIENTS:-
·       1/2 cup cooked leftover rice
·       1/4 th cup breadcrumbs
·       1/2 cup crushed corns
·       1 cup chopped arbi leaves
·       3 green chilies finely chopped
·       1 tsp grated ginger
·       1 tsp saunf
·       1 tbsp sesame seeds
·       1 tsp chat masala
·       2 tsp dhaniya powder
·       pinch heeng
·       to taste salt
·       oil for deep frying

METHOD:-

·       In a mixing bowl add cooked rice, chopped arbi leaves, crushed corns and breadcrumbs.
·       Mix everything well.
·       Now add green chilies, ginger and all the given ingredients.
·       Make small round balls.
·       Now allow these balls to refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
·       After refrigerating it deep fry it in oil.  note oil should neither be too hot nor too warm.
·       So, now these monsoon magical balls are ready to serve!
